As said, if there isn't a winner declared. Be it for lack of people. Or just things get out of hand. There will be a refund for everyone!
ForeiGn. you must remember, though the money increases a hell of a lot more. It also makes it harder to win. There will be more competition. And battles will consist of 4-6 emcees battling each other at once.
