Punches were there... but weak.. you had a nice structure and flow going on.. the e=mc2 concept was pretty good.. some of your lines fell off.. some hit.. close battle though.

try to make a more complex rhyme scheme.. cause a long verse with a monotone-like-flow gets boring and I lose interest.. I believe your last line was one of the best ones.. it was hard to tell who won this.. but I believe you had more filler in your verse.
