why do canadians say "eh"?

i dont like them cuz they eat mayonnaise and even worse they put it on bizarre foods example:french fries,hotdogs,spaghetti,rice

its sickening, stop the mayo...stop the mayo...

thats wat i heard from a canadian they eat that shit i hate all of u because of that
