It's mandatory at RB to vote. We put in a hack where you have so many credits.. every battle you're in (poll battle) it takes so many credits. Once you run out you can't battle anymore, the only way to re-build them is to vote. Everytime you vote you get an odd number of credits back. So word. we did that but it doesnt work as well as it sounds...
i have 200 of these credits n still vote..
in reality i could go another 60 battles n not havta vote..
