the first one is better (without the cuffs)...
i like how its nice and simple, but the backround looks blurry to me?
maybe its stretched or enlarged?
the pixel font was definetly a good choice for this sig, and i really like how you made it fit in with the bigger font, that looks good...
the only thing about the pixel font is that maybe you want to make it one or two sizels smaller, so you dont see all the pixels on it, look at the "N" for example...
all in all good sig...7/10?
