Introduction

They call me Lucas, Loner, individual, marked with social impunity
never bowing down to the cheerleader and the jock community
outside of the high school cliques never in a crew, just standing fierce
but I hung out with my two best friends namely Alicia and Pierce
they taught me everything but neverwhat to do with jock incidents
Gym class when it happened....football season. quarterback was like president
*22 33 HUT HUT* he backed up and now he just threw the football
"DAMN!" I screamed...oddly it was heading for me....,,,,I saw

The Table

The very next day 12:00 it was lunch in the reliable cafeteria
Football team and others asked me to sit with em, I'm about to laugh in hysteria
but I realized they were dead serious, so I look at my friends
they glanced and shook their heads up and down and smiled marking the end
I had to do it...I sat down with the team and decided to make conversation
they were dissing others in different crowds and it angered me with aggravation
The bell rung and I say "Gotta go" afraid to stay with them like I was blocked
I walked by the bathroom and someone pulls me in and I was obviously shocked
It was Alicia & Pierce and they said "You Got to sit with them dude"
"And tell us everything they say, whether or not it's cool or rude"

The Decision

I don't know guys, just hearing their voice irritates me deeply

Over the last few weeks I turned into a monster hungered by power
now a labelled jerk, like the good in my heart has been devoured
went out with the boys one day to terrorize a part of the city
old folks looking at us, like the new generation was made of pity
anyways, the captain had a fake ID and bought us some beer
I couldn't see myself like I had now been clouded with fear
afterwards, we went outside and made our way to a backlane
the guys grabbed a dude, and put a cover over his face acting insane
bruising every inch of his body, and laughing hysterically
we ganged up on him, he was laying in the ground pathetically

Devastation Of Endings.

One of us pulled out a loaded gun and handed it to yours truly,
And Said " shoot this bitch ass fool in the head and do it cruelly
I froze for a second debating against myself deciding what's right
thinking of holding back but of that vision I just lost sight
I just decided to do it so I crouched and pull the cover off his head
but what I say that moment I prayed I would just go drop dead
I was staring in the eyes of my best friend Pierce he looked devastated
I put my head down.....amd the gun I cocked... it was not imaginated
and that's the tale of deception and the end of a innocent life shattered
