WeLL Umm as Far as Rap Skills Go .. NeLLy Does have Skills.. But Fact of the Matter is he is Pop Not Rap..well man i dont know hes like in a Genre of his own .. hes def. got his own style though yah gotta give him that.. of course he cant hang with Rawness like Eminem,Nas, and other Top Heads of Hiphop but he isnt all that bad.
