Personally 3 things piss me off the most.

1) Replacing "s" with "z"
Example: Thoze niggaz iz dope yo so dont fuck with dem niggaz.
2) Replacing "i" with "y"
Example: Yo man that nygga dope.
3) Not capitalizing the correct letters.
Example: oNe dAY i wEnT...

There are plenty more but what pisses you off the most?
