Manchester College in N. Manchester, IN. I live on campus. It's not what you would think. It's not always a party. I don't party anyways, but everyone has that midwestern neighbor attitude. Friendly and helpful. And yes the ratio of girls to guys is 3:1...Only problem is, most of them are fat dykes. There is a large population of the homosexuals here. But, I go home on the weekends to work.
