JPoll joins rv king of text tourny voting council, fair or unfair?

Flow has allowed JPoll to join the voting council in the RV King Of Text Tourny (unless he was being sarcastic, i doubt it). Do the people who have had battles closed and feel like they were honestly cheated out of a win think this is fair or unfair, JPoll even said that the voting council is voting based on names which in my opinion names = rep, is this fair or unfair, what do u guys think
