ok, last I checked one bar=1 line. Or maybe that's jus in audio. But from what I thought and heard from many people who do rap seriously, one bar=one line, not 2 lines.

ex. "Ain't No Click" Yayo goes "16 bars niggas, that's it', finito!!" or somethin' like that. lol
