I'm not Cprog so I probably have no idea what you are referring to, but if it is doing something that would be really really stupid, I wouldn't recommend it... not to mention coming out publicly on a board and saying something that could imply it. Lawyer fees are expensive... the one I know is a friend of a friend and he still charges me $100 an hour just to draft some papers.
