actually those really arent dat good...
you use some weird liquify/wind filter or somethin to blur the pics that you add, in order to hide the bad cut...there are other techniques you can use that would look better if you want to hide a but cut (outer glow?)
your backrounds need a lot of work, they are jus too simple, either one color or a gradient with texture jus doesnt cut it now days, try and mix things together, do stuff that no one else does, jus try new things...
you also really need to work on your text, get some new fonts, and dont use all caps in any cursive font, it doesnt look good...
try some of those things and youll get better...
