He Puts Final Say on Everything and Who Advances Next Round.

They Tried To Say I Lost Because Ambient Got To 5 When I Had 3, but Three of His Votes Where From None Voting Council Members, So They Didn't Count, and It Ended Up Being 3-2 Me, Then I Got Two More Votes From Mimesis and New Method So Therefore It Ended Up Being 5-2 Me.
