actually they are you ip stays the same for a period of time if you post as one name then post as another you ip will be the same when it changes your old ip will remain on the page new posts will have the new ip only 3-4 ips circulate between one person nomore ever so yes ips are proof he posted on the same page at the same time he is a gay groupie
