Some white people say it because blacks are idolized these days, and they want to be like them.

Peurto Ricans and Latino's say it because they are descendants of blacks.. created when the indians and africans got raped by whites.

But for real, I think peeps shouldn't get too heated about "the N word" if the one using it is just an idiot. Maybe if he says like.. "FUCK YOU YOU BLACK NIGGER" then jump him.. but if its like "yo nigga how ya goin" ... get over it..
