Virus!!! Somebody Help A Brotha!!!

SO I did my norton virus scan today, and when I restart my computer I got this message on there, and I don't know how to get it off... Anyone use Norton 2005, or know how to help a guy out??? (Sorry for the big ass pic, but its the only way the error screen shot shows well)
$4,173,078 RV dough to whoever can clear this up.... (Thats whats in the bank)
