Wow man, this is a very good piece, Now i get the other story u wrote lol, I like the imagery once agen, I could really see it in my head when you and your mom n dad we're talking. And the way you had them say it for example:
She snapped. “Robert, please eat. You have to eat sometime during the winter. Schools cancelled for a month at least because of this snow and your Christmas vacation. We have only this meat.”
Those words made it easier for me to see in my head how she was saying it..
