This is OBVIOUSLY a reference to that song...thats the difference between tribute and biting...kweli makes an obvious reference even mentioning jay-z's name in it...(jay-z mentioned kweli's name in the original)...jay-z tries to slip shit in under the radar...you have to be a HARDCORE biggie listener to catch all the biggie lyrics he spits (most of which arent credited in the liner notes)...
