2nd i'd strap up not neccessarily guns coz i don't keep mine anywhere near me (always stashed in a safe house jus incase

3rd being a father with a baby is difficult enough but in this situation...my boy would never be able to fight back...so i'd need to find something to carry him to keep him close to me however it must be protected incase anything does happen.
4th you gotta realise that people you know once turned aren't ya best friend/girl or boyfriend or child or parent...so seeing them get up again after a mauling ain't a blessing...if anything you're first on their list...so be prepared to pop one in ya closest living relative/friend/lover...coz they'd expect you to. I always said to people when we talked bout this if it ever happened to someone i knew i'd kill em again...even if it was my own son...coz basically that ain't them...it's like turning off a life support machine if you think about it you see em breathing but thats jus the machines...the persons gone.
5th food supplies...make sure you got lots coz when it's gone it's gone and chances are you gotta get more...
6th of course make sure your safe house is secure and that NOTHING can get in not even bacteria...coz once one is in...they all are...
7th...Always leave one bullet per person...i'd rather pop myself than get eaten...and i think everyone would agree wit me...
Best hide outs...of course the shopping center in Dawn o the Dead but reality check it wouldn't be empty not like in the movie wit like 2-3 people left zombiefied...truely it'd be packed...so that would be out the question.
Pubs (The Winchester in Shawn Of The Dead) again not a safe place pubs have windows...you'll need a place reinforced to fuck...
High places are good if blocked off securely only problem is food...and that's always a factor in these situations people are like i'd get in a real high place and stay there...but with food you gone in weeks...and without water...days so be plenty in supply...unforunately this means being weighed down and it ultimately slows you down...
If the situation were to arise...i'd prolly find the nearest car...and constantly be on the move...that to me would be the best thing pros are no-one can catch you and you're safe cons are fuel and the fact if you hit a high infected area coz that gonn be like a traffic jam and then you're fucked.
Realistically nowhere is safe catchin this shit early is the only way people are gonna be safe...and to earlier posts this happening in one City is real unlikely unless it's contained...but i'd see this as a world wide event...
The only other place that would be safe completely from zombies is the air pro it's 35,000 in the air...no one can jump that high con food...so why not hop on a boat and sail into the middle of the ocean pro's nothing can get you from there and there is a constant food and water supply...cons...none really jus sux if ya sea sick...
