I have a windows 98 also...But I have Tons of Space Left.

Here is what you do...I always do it..if it dont work for you your doing it fuckin wrong



Open Paint

Open Your file

Go to Save As Again

Then Delete Bmp and Type Jpg or Jpeg..

and then Click Save...

then upload it
