Help!!!

iight, I got my shit done on Adobe Audition right...stay with me...then I went to save and the bar where you choose what TYPE of file it should be, I dont see an MP3 option...u still wit me?...BUT when I selected options, it let me choose an MP3 file that's supposed to change any copy of my shit into an MP3 file...BUT...that shit didnt happen!!! And when I went to Soundclick, it keeps telling me I can only upload MP3 files!!!
IIght, can sum1 help me!!! I was up all night last night trying to do it and it never worked for me...i juss need sum sleep and sum1's help so if any of ya'll kno about this fuckin program then help me out!!!!
