i might have used the wrong term...Im sayin the muscles will be defined, but not bulky...so toned...
cut can be big...But i don't train to look big...I train to look in shape...muscles with definition...
for the dumb bell exercises I do, I probably use as much as anyone would who is tryin to achieve that goal...
for example...30 lbs for bicep curls...etc...

But, my issue is that Im not taking in enough clean-calories to bulk up...and Im actually attempting to...I could do the dietary meal replacement thing...but that shit makes my stomach hurt...I need about 22-2500 calories or more per day to maintain my current size...
Im eatin prolly like 1800...cuz im so damn busy...so I lose weight alot...then I gain it back...imma get it str8
