I rap because, well...I know how to. Also because it gives me an opportunity to express myself, and I get a lot of satisfaction out of it when it's liked by people who have a real appreciation for hip hop. Also, writing is very therapeutic for me, I'm able to channel my emotions in a rational manner when I sit down with the pen and pad.
Freestyling, however, to me is like a pickup game of basketball at the park. I don't take it as seriously as I do songwriting, and mainly do it to have fun...and be dope
