well you download them as a mp3...then save the songs to a file in windows media....then you just burn them as if they where regular songs...so it is the same as if you downloaded a song form KAZZA or NAPSTER......and if oyu dont tell anyone that you downloaded from soundclick then you cant get fined...so its perfectly fine unlesss oyu get cought..........lol
