it seems 2 b evathang i do, & evawhere i go
my good works & talents always seem 2 b unshown
i get bad press wheneva i try 2 do sumthin good
also i get stereotyped just cuz i'm a brotha from da hood
so i just keep 2 myself & walk around wit my head down all day
then people got da nerve 2 ask me, "Y I Bring Static 2 Those Who Look At Me Da Wrong Way"
what can i say it'z in my blood & the way i was raised
"White Society" dealt me a bad hand so i just play the cards i was gave
this is not a feel pity 4 me joint it'z like not that at all
just wanna let u know that whateva goes up is gonna fall
so in this life i lead evaday is a test of living in monstrous
this is just a short journey of going thru my "Mental Darkness"
