Any regular weightlifters/trainers on this site know how to get rid of the DOMS? (basically its an acronym that means after-exercise soreness/stiffness in the muscles)...
Cos damn im so stiff... my abs, quads, hamstrings, shoulders, arms... Every day/night I go out on a parkour run and come back feelin like shit. Cos if im out one night and my abs give way when im tryna pull up a ledge its life or death.....
Ive tried protein shakes, ice cold baths... What works now is just resting a few days.. but is there anything quicker?

and yes I do warm up and down correctly..
