practice writting words that rhyme......then look at an object and think how u can diss someone.......then flow in ur head even if it doesnt make since just keep going....then start out loud maybe in the shower....then start writting....just let it flow then start lookin at niggas walkin by and cracking on them and then when u can look at urself and diss on u....u'll be ill at that point just keep practicing
