Word... I asked a doctor...
apparently all i did was compress every ligament and tendon, and then when it expanded, strained them. And when they got compressed the bones clashed, but didnt break.... DIDNT BREAK!
suck shit 10ft drop... OMB>10ft fall onto arms
ill be back in action in no time
