you cant just be like o i don't want to be poor anymore and get out of it sure there are those rare cases but for the most part once your poor you will stay that way through out your life.. forgive me that i come from a rich neighborhood mostly white(i'm not white though) my highschool costs more than alot of colleges and i know what i want to do with my life
