So your trying to start each word with the same letter.

Example-
most males measure there masculinity
what would we do without woman
if I infected insect with diseases ingreadiants
Each can enterperate everyones estimates

Then the next person would cypher of of E or the last letter used by the peron above them.
Rhyming isnt expected,but will be an added bonus.
