Actually I did it on purpose.. I don't do javascript and from me messing around with it, if I make the Quicklinks work in the toolbar, it wouldn't work in the other toolbar below it. I should probably remove it, but I didn't code the header and didn't want the graphics / lighting effects used to be off if that piece of the image was missing
