Technically, if you want the money from the chains for use of your rapper, then yes, but like i told you before man, the rapper thing is not needed, rarely anybody uses that, i ignored it an he just ides if ya dont feed him an shit, its like one of those neo-pet things, but only on a rapper, ya know?
