IP:
A man, poorer than most, stands in the dock, taking his oath
wishing he had thought, before his wealth affected his growth
status spreading worldwide, clearly distressed he tried to hide
the fact that the tears he cried, showed exactly whats held inside
listening to his story, evident the jury were torn
the lawyers, rustling paper, take him back to that sunny morn
overcome by greed, his desire was only to lead
not thinking about how his children would get their next feed
or so it seemed, in court he claimed a game of survival
trying to help them, bringing their life back like a revival
all the while, mothers struggling she didn't know
he was killing seeds, so to flowers they'll never grow
now he stands alone, facing the result of his actions
which way will it go, he's split through the middle like fractions
jury stands up, one man with a face twisted
looks down sternly, guy thinks he's been "blacklisted"
opens his mouth, man in the dock starts to plead
juror speaks up harshly says your guilty of greed
