As for the timezone school thing, that was one of the reasons why we staggered the times. But as of right now, since there are 23 leftover cds, anyone can just post the phase now and get one... don't need to wait till 6PM or whatever. The times were just so we wouldn't run of cds in one day and those people who aren't available during that day would be able to get one.
