Why do they make those commercials promoting drugs as the truth?
Like the famous crack head said “take 1 hit, what do you got to loose”
Seriously can drugs honestly hurt you or bring you virtue and bliss?
Well don’t ask me I have never took the risk like all the other kids
I admit I was never rich or had shit but I would still pursue my life
When my mom was dope she said she could see my life threw her eyes
She said “just commit suicide, you don’t have the choice of do or die
It was the drugs talking so everything she said I knew where lies
Still I was dumb as they come, the 1st time I tried weed I was stunned
They saw the smoke go into my lungs they came but I was too high to run
I was only 13 and already my life was heavy and just about over
While I was sitting in my sell I knew damn well I would always be sober
So from that day on I turned to god, he was the only prescription
I pray that you listen, so that one day you to can shake that addiction
