i understand the laws and shit but there is this kid up here in the tc who raped a mom infront of her kid .. and he is linked to 17 other sexual assaults and he only gets 16 years.. which he will only prolly serve 5 or 6... and then a kid gets caught sell'n half a 8th and they lock him down for 20+ for possesion ... there were a few other factors all were drug related.... but seriously what is wrong with our country? locking up petty drug dealers longer than a rapist.. i mean if you ask me one poses way more of a threat to society than the other....
