I agree that there needs to be a strict rule but practically forcing people to kill their children is over the top in my opinion. I do realize it can't continue like this but I just feel no one has the right to deprive an innocent child from their life. Killing is a step too far according to me, they could sign them up for adoption or emigration would help as well. But like I already said, I am no politician and I sure don't know all the answers. I just feel disgusted when I see how second borns are treated over there, it goes against all ethic.
