werd, we actually disscussed this topic in my american systems calss at school lol, it tied into the "elastic clause" and how its mildly controversial how the gov't is playing a roll in this aka all the courts and what not......anyway i read a huge ass article about this whole terry shivo story.......so thats and what i hear on the news is where im gettin all my info from.
