well i understand where you coming from...BUT.....i dont see a problem with it...if someone wants to Rep they City...of which is high in crime rate let them ...that city is what made them what they are today if they didnt have crime rate at all im sure that person wouldnt be the same..so why not rep something that made u the person u are today ...especially if u confident with the person u are u feel?? so why not rep ya city. if we can do it off the net we can on the net...
