if you dont know how to do the colorization technique heres how it goes...

get your picture on a layer by itself...
right click...duplicate layer...link the layers so you dont accidentally move the top one...
select your duplicated later and go to Image->Adjustments->Desaturate...
use the eraser and erase the part of the duplicated layer that you want to be in color...it will make a hole in the grey layer and youll be able to see the colored layer underneath it....
