You never really know.. when he comes you'll find out because all the world would be at end and full of complete violence.. then some guy out of no where will come and say to everyone he's the man to put the world at peace..and everyone will believe him thinking he's like Jesus or something..

another way is when you see that jerulsalem or how ever you spell it is being attacked by hundreds or thoursands of weapons.. and for some unkown reason it wasn't harmed at all... the ppl attacking were all dead and the odd things is that no one protected it..

Thats when you know anti-christ is coming..
