BOOOOO upon you! You can still make decent sigs without brushes!
Cutting is bad, filter was a horrible choice as is the font. You need to work on blending font and picture. You don't have to blend colors, but it usually works better. Add a border. The font goes onto the pic, wtf?
Work on your ish man. Read a tutorial or 2 so that you can learn the basics.
