Definantly fake. Come on, wha kind of news is that. That "news announcer" was fake as shit and was obviously acting. And its nopt a true close up of "pac". It's a blurry viewing of a black blad headed guy with a small beard. The setting is horrible. And I'm sure they would be like "Yo get the camera's outta here man." Lol its so fake!
