If I was an employer, I would say there would be limits of what would be acceptable. If someone is looking at porn at the office and he is not working for a porn company, then ideally he should be doing that at home. But if no one knows what he is doing and he gets all his work done on time, then the chances of someone finding out would be slim. In other words, don't get caught slacking (*cough* jacking *cough*) off on company time.
