3 or 2 px border

Have your product ready. Have in mind 2 colors.

Step 1

Make a new layer and name it 3 px border.

Step 2

Grab the Rectangular Marquee tool and drag it across your whole product so all of the outside of it is covered.

Step 3

Go to Edit > Stroke. Here are the settings,

Width: 3 px
Color: (Your Choice), in this case, black for me.
Location: Inside
Mode: Normal
Opacity: 100%
Don't check perserve transparency.

Step 4

Then again, make sure you still have the rectangular marquee around the outside, go to Edit > Stroke and enter these settings.

Width: 2px
Color: (your choice), in this case, red.
Location: Inside
Mode: Normal
Opacity: 100%
Don't check perserve transparency.

Step 5

Then again, make sure you still have the rectangular marquee around the outside, go to Edit > Stroke and enter these settings.

Width: 1px
Color: (your choice), in this case, black.
Location: Inside
Mode: Normal
Opacity: 100%
Don't check perserve transparency.

Then click anywhere and your finished! If you only want a 2 px border, Skip to Step 4, make a new layer named 2 px border and start from there. You can go from this
