you can't say who's better.. because you haven't seen everyone that could rap you know.. its like saying Bruce Lee was the best in the world.. but ppl only say that because he got noticed.. not everyone has gotten noticed.. wen everyone has gotten noticed then u can say whos the best.. but that will never happen..
