as she evolves she learns. emotions and placement from experience
extinguishing callous remarks waiting for the smoke to invade and commence
hollow comments and blank stares . we remain stationary and motionless
her eyes like glass, as they gloss over. looking for a reaction, she's doing her best
she would love to reinvent herself. this event will be her first makeover
she tries to steer the conversation . except i know this crash course all to well
steadily we go a million words a minute , she slips and falls into my arms
waiting for the airbag after she is wrapped around me and we've cut the lights
hearts finally connect . motions synchronize as fears rise and take flight
as things proceed she upholds her end of the bargain .no emotional contact
hand behind my neck, chin on my shoulder ,breathing rhythmically in my ear
sincere with a hint of an austere expression all the while she fights tears
these concepts that run amuck and govern our thoughts ruin the event
she based all on a false pre-tense
this was short mainly because it was a song i wrote for one of my bandsi just took out the struct for the most part and threw in a few extra lines
