Even at a public school, most of your rights are given up when u walk onto school grounds.... u cant hold those same principles on yourselves... they can do shit like that and yes if you do something like that at school that was organized b/c of school they can suspend u... these dudes got suspended at my school for a fight that they got in across the street but because it was organized at school, they still got suspended.... u cant hold ur legal rights to u when ur in school.... but wouldnt it have made more since for them to tell u that u were going to get filmed since their purpose was to get you all not to smoke????? Thats what i dont get......
