ahh man, you really really need to work on your text...
the past few sigs of yours been pretty hot, its just the font that blows it out of the water...
the white stroke is awful on this, rarely use a white stroke, ive found only a few times where it looks good...
and the overlay inner shadow really doesnt fit...

although, i do like the backround, and how you blended the picture into it..you did a pretty decent job in that area...
maybe consider sizing down your sigs as well...
but fix that text yo, and its pretty nice...
